All in Stock, READY TO SHIP items will be prepared for shipment within 3 business days of your order (***Note: All orders placed after 2:00pm PST will be processed the next business day.) So you can expect your lovely jewelry to arrive within 3 to 7 business days of your purchase. We use USPS first class shipping for US domestic and international shipment by default. Expedited shipping option is also available if you need a guaranteed delivery date. Simply select 2-day shipping during the checkout. We use USPS 2-day priority shipping for expedited delivery. All PRE-ORDER items ship within two to four weeks. We will update you as soon as the item is shipped.
We sure do. Any orders placed for shipping outside of the US will be charged the international shipping fee. To view shipping options and charges to your location, simply begin the checkout process and rates will be displayed before order is placed (***Note: International buyers are fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs, including any tariffs and duties.)

We inspect all items before they are shipped. Slight irregularities and variations in silversmith work and in natural stone colors are characteristic of the uniqueness and individual hand craftsmanship of the jewelry. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused merchandise in its original box and/or packaging within 30 days of when you got it for a full refund. Simply go through our easy self-service return process (via My Account) to request a return and print the Return Confirmation Page to include with your shipment. Please note that customers will be responsible for return shipping charges. Please Note:
  • Your Return Confirmation Page (via My Account) must accompany your return.
  • All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed.
  • We will credit your original method of payment after we've received your item.
  • For items being sent to our Returns department, please be sure to ship your item by a trackable and insured shipping method and obtain a copy of your tracking number. Misschopin.com is not responsible for merchandise that it does not receive or that is not returned in accordance with these terms.
We will process your refund and notify you after we’ve received your merchandise. We will credit your original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
We are very sorry that your gift did not work for you. We gladly accept the return of any unworn item in its original box and/or packaging within 30 days of when the original order was placed. A Store Credit will be issued to you. To return a gift, please contact hello@misschopin.com for assistance. You will have to provide the original purchaser's phone number, first and last name, or email address in order for us to pull up the account that the gift was purchased on.
Try to keep your sterling silver jewelry in a cool, dry place when not in use. Sterling silver is a precious metal and may require cleaning from time to time to avoid tarnish. Silver polishing cloths are an excellent choice for cleaning your sterling silver jewelry. Gently rub the silver several times with the cloth.
